Omniverbal Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. It is the policy of Omniverbal to adhere to standards of ethics, fairness, and equity in all of its affairs. This includes cancellation and refund policies.
2.
Omniverbal will make every reasonable effort to meet the needs of the client from project start to completion, however, when appropriate, Omniverbal will also consider all reasonable requests for full or partial refunds, should no other remedies be available.
3.
Client musty notify Omniverbal immediately of any issues requiring attention.
4.
Omniverbal reserves the right to make final determinations regarding refunds, including refund amount, if any.
5.
Refunds for translation and transcription due to cancellation
  1. The portion of charges for work already performed is not refundable.
  2. Should Omniverbal receive a cancellation request prior to the completion of an order, the charges for the portion of work not yet performed may be refundable.
6.
Refunds for foreign language interpreting due to cancellation
  1. The portion of charges for non-cancellable travel expenses, rentals, reservations, deposits, and technician fees are not refundable.
  2. If a cancellation request is received at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time, the client will be eligible for a refund of interpreter fees.
  3. If a cancellation request is received within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the client may be eligible for a refund of a portion of interpreter fees.
  4. If a cancellation request is received after the appointment start time, the client will not be eligible for a cancellation refund.

Refunds for sign language interpreting due to cancellation
  1. The portion of charges for non-cancellable travel expenses, rentals, reservations, deposits, and technician fees are not refundable.
  2. If a cancellation request is received at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time, the client will be eligible for a refund of interpreter fees.
  3. If a cancellation request is received within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, the client may be eligible for a refund of a portion of interpreter fees.
  4. If a cancellation request is received after the appointment start time, the client will not be eligible for a cancellation refund.
